Introduction

Account Registration

• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

ee33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including national ID cards, passport copies, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ee33 supports a range of payment methods popular in Bangladesh to ensure fast and convenient financial transactions. All deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation. Accepted methods currently include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Visa and Mastercard debit or prepaid cards (subject to issuing bank approval).
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. ee33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

ee33 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and cannot be transferred.
• ee33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Attempting to abuse bonuses through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of exploitation will result in the immediate forfeiture of bonuses and may result in permanent account closure. ee33 uses automated and manual fraud detection tools to identify such activity.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use ee33's intellectual property for commercial or personal redistribution purposes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ee33, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any services offered therein. Amendments to These Terms
